ABSOLUTELY. All our sessions are confidential, in accordance with professional standards, and privacy regulations. Your trust and safety are our top priority.

Do you accept insurance?

Currently, we provide direct billing for private pay clients. We can provide receipts for insurance reimbursement, but coverage depends on your individual insurance plan.

How long does sessions last?

- Individual sessions: 50 - 60 minutes

- Extended sessions or coaching packages: up to 90 minutes

- Group workshops: Duration varies by program

What are your fees?

Session fees vary depending on the type of service. We offer package discounts for multiple sessions booked in advance.
