She is the founder and owner of ReNew & Flourish Mental Wellness, Zion's Touch Speaks , and Zion's Touch Book Coaching & Publishing, where she empowers individuals to heal, grow, and flourish in mind, body, and spirit - through her books, speaking, coaching, and counselling.

Rosette inspires others to rise strong, live with purpose, walk in freedom. Beyond her professional work, Rosette serves in the local church as a ministry leader and is deeply involved in her community through prison ministry and other outreach opportunities. Her mission is to cultivate resilience, foster purpose-driven living, and equip others to achieve lasting transformation.

Her passion for healing is ignited by her love of people, fueling her to serve in the community. Rosette has a future goal of creating a charitable Foundation that will serve the marginalized and ostracized members of society.
